MaNoOtTa and polimasa get proper photo sessions as we ramp-up for this years ICFF in New-York and M&O Paris!

As we ramp-up for the two fairs that ampluspm will attend to promote ateliercetrei designed objects we managed to also find time to take some proper stills of our objects. As such both SalonB and our own hq were used as primary locations for two distinct photo sessions for MaNoOtTa and polimasa. Pavel and Petruta Curagau from YWP Studio were fast on the job trying to catch the perfect natural light that floods both spaces. Many thanks to our friend Stefan Craciunoiu for trusting us a whole weekend with his special space! Stay tuned, for MaNoOtTa and polimasa content will soon be uploaded to our website!

MaNoOtTa’s make their way in Technical University of Cluj-Napoca’s CeSTI space!

Center for Studies and Learning - CeSti for short - is a space that distances itself from the classic educational spaces that students are used to and moves in the direction of social hubs and co-working spaces in its ambition to create a space without hierarchies where learning is king. We are proud that 6 of our MaNoOtTa’s - with a set of cork trays and cussions - furnish this space alonfside foldable tables from Ahrend, stackable Tip-Ton chairs from Vitra and cozy nooks from Deberenn.

Viila Cheia lands first place at BATRA 2021!

Saturday, during a four hours long online gala, Paul and Anamaria were awarded the jury’s prize for ateliercetrei’s interior architecture and architecture project Viila Cheia in the 6th section - Rural - at the 2021 edition of the Transylvanian Biennial of Architecture.

This distinction marks the first time ateliercetrei wins the jury’s prize for the same project, in equivalent sections at both regional and national level.

We would like to send, yet again, a very special thanks to Iosif and Laura for proving to be the best clients an architect could wish for, ateliercetrei’s team and collaborators, to Ovidiu Micsa for the coolest flics ever, the organizers and last, but not least, the jury members, architects Perparim Rama, Sandu Hangan, Emil Ivanescu, Stefan Balici and Tatiana Fabeck.

Viila Cheia and its interiors makes its way in Zeppelin #162 summer 2021 print issue

Viila Cheia - while on display at the Romanian Design Week 2021 - caught the eye of Stefan Ghenciulescu. Needless to say that a month or so later, Viila Cheia’s story made its way in Zeppelin Magazine’s #162 print issue through the pen of Catalina Francu. The thematic dossier focused on contemporary approach to countryside architecture in Romania.
